DOMESTIC ORDERS IN UKRAINE
Complimentary Nova Poshta ground shipping on all orders.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Shipping confirmations will be updated within 36-48 hours.
GUDU does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Ukrainian bank holidays. 

All orders ship with delivery confirmation and shipping #ID which can be used to track your package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@gudu.com.ua as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. We do not currently offer Saturday shipping.

Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
GUDU delivers worldwide.
We use Nova Post or DHL (depends on better estimated terms of delivery for your country) to ship all international orders. Standard shipping rate is 35 EUR. For all orders over 1000 EUR, delivery is complimentary.

All items in stock take about 24-48 hrs to process before shipping. Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EEST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EEST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.


Some items are fully handmade and are crafted upon demand. These will be marked “made to order” once a size is selected. Production of such items will start the following business day and may take from 4 to 14 days (depending on technique complexity) due to the situation in Ukraine. For detailed information on production times please contact customer care.

Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. PRE-ORDERS
Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Pre-order" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged a deposit at checkout. You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready for shipment, and our system will automatically charge the remaining balance for the pre-ordered piece(s) within 24 hours. Standard shipping fees and tax/duties terms will apply.
Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


RETURNS
Eligible returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Excluding items on sale.
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original  purchase  receipt  can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them, with tags still attached. Product sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of  the product.

We also strongly suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at info@gudu.com.ua within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Please contact info@gudu.com.ua if you would like to exchange or return a product. Please use packaging included in your original purchase to return the item(s).

Please make sure to let us know about your shipping by providing a tracking number or any additional information on the parcel.

Once our quality control team has approved the returned items, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received.
