DOMESTIC ORDERS IN UKRAINE
Complimentary Nova Post shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Ukrainian bank holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your package in the Nova Post app. If you need to change the recipient or update your delivery details, please contact us at info@gudu.ua as soon as possible. Changes can be made before the order is shipped.

GUDU is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping does not include insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
GUDU ships worldwide via Nova Post or DHL, depending on the best available delivery terms for your country. Standard shipping is €30, with complimentary delivery on orders over €800. In-stock items are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM EEST or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. GUDU has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. GUDU is not responsible for customs or transit delays.

PRE-ORDERS
Items available for Pre-Order are marked accordingly on the product page, where you will also find the estimated delivery window.

When placing a Pre-Order, you will be charged a deposit at checkout. The remaining balance will not be charged immediately. Once your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready for dispatch. The remaining balance will then be automatically charged within 24 hours.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Standard shipping fees and applicable taxes and duties apply.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Made-to-Order pieces are crafted individually upon request. Production begins within 24 hours of order placement and may take 4–14 days, depending on the complexity of the techniques involved. Once production of your Made-to-Order piece has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If your Made-to-Order piece does not fit, you may return it within our standard 14-day return window. Where possible, we are also pleased to offer a size exchange or custom sizing adjustment, subject to our return conditions.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase! However, should you need to make a return, you will have 14 days of delivery to do so. See details below:


14-DAY RETURNS
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please note, that the sale items and custom-made items are not eligible for return.

CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached. Please return items with their original dust bags, where provided. Dust bags are considered part of the product.

HOW TO RETURN
— Go to Orders in your account, click the three dots next to your order, and select «Return items». Follow the steps to submit your request.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You’re welcome to reuse the original packaging from your order or use another suitable-sized box. For orders over €800 that qualified for free shipping, a €30 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery cost.

REFUND
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method — the card used for purchase or PayPal.
